We renovate existing commercial space to suit the way you'll use it. At Schumacher, that meant new partitions, a restroom core and fresh drywall under the timber trusses.

Birmingham has good old buildings. We take on adaptive reuse projects that bring new life to existing structures.

Pre-construction
Before anything gets built, we help you get the plans drawn if you don't have them, walk the site with our subcontractors and put together an itemized proposal and a detailed schedule.
