Schumacher showroom,
Pepper Place

Schumacher chose a brick warehouse at Pepper Place for its newest design showroom in Birmingham. We were part of the team delivering the space on a tight schedule: new partitions and a restroom core inside the warehouse, tall framing against the painted brick and fresh drywall under the timber trusses.

NEW COWORKING OFFICES · 4439 5TH AVENUE SOUTH

The Offices
at Avonwood

The Offices at Avonwood is a small coworking building at 5th Avenue South and 45th Street, near the Jones Valley Trail, developed by Phil Amthor and Jeremy Erdreich. We were the builder.

We took down an abandoned building on the lot, cleared and prepped a new pad, ran the under-slab plumbing and electrical, formed and poured the slab, and had the structure framed, trussed and sheathed in under a week.
