It starts with a plan. If you don't have construction documents yet, we'll help you get your ideas drawn.
Walk the building together
We bring our subcontractors to the site to walk the project with us and deal with problems before anyone prices them.
Put real numbers on the work
Their firm prices become an itemized proposal, so you can see where the money goes.
Get ready to build
Before we start, we order the long-lead items and give you a detailed project schedule.
ON SITE
Building it
We run the job hands-on and keep you informed through the build. At The Offices at Avonwood, our crews had the structure, interior walls, roof trusses and sheathing in place in under a week.

Closeout
Our work runs from the first pre-construction conversations through final project closeout. We stay involved through the end of the job.
For architects
We're happy to be brought in during design. Early pricing lets your client make decisions with real numbers, and a contractor at the table catches constructability problems while they're still cheap to fix.
